CM-PRATIGYA का full form है Chief Minister’s Promotion of Readiness, Awareness and Technical Insights for Guiding Youth Advancement.

सरल शब्दों में Bihar सरकार की यह scheme बेरोज़गार युवाओं को real companies और government establishments में 3 से 12 महीने की paid internship दिलाती है. इस पूरी अवधि में government का stipend सीधे आपके bank account में आता है.

इसे Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM) implement कर रही है जो Labour Resource Department Government of Bihar के अंतर्गत काम करती है.

इस Scheme के तीन मुख्य लक्ष्य

Eligibility Criteria कौन Apply कर सकता है?

यह section सबसे पहले पढ़ें. Apply करने से पहले confirm करें कि आप eligible हैं वरना documents verification में समय बर्बाद होगा.

Age Limit

18 साल से 28 साल यह age application की last date के अनुसार count होती है.

Bihar Residency

स्टेप 1: Official Portal खोलें

स्टेप 2: Aadhaar Details से Register करें

Name और Date of Birth बिल्कुल Aadhaar card के अनुसार भरें एक भी letter अलग होने पर registration fail हो सकता है.

स्टेप 6: Maximum 3 Companies में Apply करें

आप सिर्फ 3 internship opportunities के लिए apply कर सकते हैं. Location, company reputation और sector सब देखकर apply करें.

Selection Process Apply के बाद क्या होगा?

Stage 1: Shortlisting Company portal पर आपकी profile देखेगी. Suitable लगने पर shortlist करेगी.

Stage 2: DRCC Document Verification Shortlist होने के बाद अपने district के DRCC (District Resource and Career Center) में original documents लेकर जाएं.

Company की Basic Requirements

• कम से कम 3 साल पुरानी हो.
• Valid Registrations: EPFO, ESIC, GST, Certificate of Incorporation, और Udyog Aadhaar from Bihar.
• Total manpower का maximum 10% तक ही interns रख सकती हैं.

Company Types

Government Entities:

Internship में कौन सा काम मिलेगा?
